Accessing external resources is done at your own risk, and Glass bears no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on third party content or services.

The Glass platform and all content, tools, and output provided through it are offered solely for general informational and educational purposes.

Glass is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, business advice, financial advice, or professional services of any kind. Any output generated by the platform is not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and determining whether any output is appropriate for your intended use.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Glass reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification at its own expense.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montana.

You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Glass Media Company, LLC regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
